Fees & Commissions

At Oregon Adventure Realty Referral Network, we do not impose any monthly fees to affiliate your license with our referral network. This approach allows you to keep your active Oregon real estate license without incurring fees from the Realtor Association, MLS, or monthly brokerage charges.

Licensing Fees

To join our network, Referral Agents must obtain and maintain an active Oregon Real Estate Broker or Principal Broker license. The costs associated with obtaining your license are payable to the Oregon Real Estate Agency and your selected continuing education provider.
